Strategy With A Purpose is led by Maria Murphy, PMP, CSM, a senior program and operations leader with extensive experience delivering complex initiatives across public service, nonprofit, and highly regulated environments.

Maria is not the type of consultant who hands over a report and walks away. She works alongside leaders and frontline teams to understand how operations actually function, identify what is getting in the way, and build solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.

Over the past decade, Maria has led cross-functional teams delivering enterprise programs involving technology implementation, compliance, training, and large-scale operational change. Her work spans insurance, public programs, and regulated services, where precision, documentation, governance, and accountability are essential to success.

She is known for building the foundations organizations need to operate and scale: workflows, policies and procedures, governance models, reporting frameworks, and training programs that turn strategy into execution.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). She also holds an Administrator Certification for Adult Residential Facilities through the California Department of Social Services, earned after being asked to design the operational and compliance framework for a newly licensed program.
